This monographic book about the Danish architectural studio KPF Arkitekter, shows projects made in a period of 10 years in Denmark. KPF Arkitekter is considered to be among the most well established and growing Danish architectural studios and they have  made a long range of projects covering all typologies since 1930.

The book is written by Robert McCarter, J.M.Cava and has an introduction by Marianne Ibler.

Note: KPF Arkitekter has changed name into ERIK Arkitekter in 2018. 

The monographic book focus  on KPF Arkitekter and their projects that span the last decade. The overriding theme of the monograph rests on the possibilities of everyday architecture and spans different building typologies, ranging from housing and industrial buildings to institutions. The projects featured in the monograph are unpretentious, contextual, and have a deep-seated relation to the modernistic architectural tradition.

The monograph features essays by practicing architect, adjunct J.M. Cava, from the University of Oregon and Marylhurst University, as well as practicing architect and professor of architecture, Robert McCarter from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is the acknowledged writer of several books about Louis l. Kahn and Frank Lloyd Wright.
