The stated prices include 25% value added tax (VAT). We are not responsible for inaccuracies due to types, changes in price or sold-out items.
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Deliveries within Denmark to private and business addresses are handled by Postnord.
Usual delivery time is 3-5 days.
International deliveries are handled by TNT Danmark.
Normal delivery time outside Denmark is 8-14 days.
Shipping costs within Denmark is 59 DKK for 1 book, and 80 DKK total for 2 books. By purchase of more than 2 books the shipping cost is free.
Postage on orders shipped to the Faroe Islands and Greenland will be calculated based on Postnord’s current rates.
Shipping costs outside Denmark depend on destination and the total size and weight of the package.
NB: On deliveries outside the European Union, national custom authorities may charge additional customs/tax and VAT. Archipress M is not responsible for additional customs, VAT or eventual fees charged by the national custom authorities.
Online payments to Archipress M are handled by ePay. The amount will not be debited before the goods are shipped.
The buyer’s card information is verified by PBS. The card information entered online is encrypted and cannot be accessed by outsiders. The information cannot be shared with third parties and is only used in connection with a specific transaction.
CLAIMS AND REFUNDS
There is a two-year claims deadline for requesting refunds on purchases from Archipress M. If an item is damaged or defective when delivered, it can be returned at no additional cost to the buyer.
Please contact us if you wish to claim a refund, e-mail: email@example.com. We will then arrange to have the item replaced or refunded depending on the specific situation. When making claims, please provide invoice number or other information to identify the specific purchase agreement.
Claims will not be honored if there are any damage to or defects to them that are result of inappropriate use or treatment of the item.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Private customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. This right to cancellation requires that the book must be returned in the same condition as it was received. If you have used the book, you cannot invoke your right to cancel the purchase if the use has diminished the sales value of the book in question.
Please contact Archipress M if you wish to return an item. When returning an item, you must provide information about the invoice number, a copy of the invoice or some other way of identifying the original purchase agreement. The item must be returned to the following address:

If the item is returned in the same condition as it was received, the balance owed to you will be paid to your account as soon as possible and within 30 days. Shipping costs are not refunded, and you will also have to carry the cost of return shipping. Any disputes about shopping at www.archipress.dk and our terms of sale and shipping are to be determined in accordance with Danish law.
Business customers have no right of cancellation, unless such right is specifically stated in writing.
The merchant understands and respects the privacy of its online visitors. The merchant will not share personally indentifiable information on customers with third parties unless this is necessary to process a transaction. Neither will the store sell such information to any third parties unless the customer voluntarily and knowingly accepts this.
LIABILITY OF ARCHIPRESS M
You must agree to these terms of sale and shipping. Force majeure, including but not limited to work stoppages, strikes and failure of our suppliers to deliver, will void the liabilities of Archipress M. Similarly we are not liable for any delays by Postnord or TNT Danmark. Archipress M cannot be held responsible for any consequences of using our website. We also cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions on www.archipress.dk . Archipress M does not accept liabilities beyond what is specifically required under Danish law.
