Archipress M took a study-trip to the museum Kunsten Museum of Modern Art in Aalborg
Kunsten Museum in Aalborg is made by the famous Finnish architect Alvar Aalto and renovated last year by ERIK arkitekter. Its fine white building clad with white and grey marble is still modern and up-to-date. The special way that the light enters the room has provided the space with a pleasant atmosphere.
We have also caught a glimpse of the museum’s interior, especially the intriguing installation by the artist Pistoletto – this is featured on the cover of the book News in Nordic Architecture. What did you see? A room demarcated by mirrors? Or by itself?
